Seekonk Sports Truck 1st Time Winner #07 Chris Lima

The two heats were competitive and the division was starting to get tight with last years track champion # 21 John Paiva with a win in 2014. # 82 Rob Murphy looks like a contender and # 80 Mike Cavallaro a former 5 time division champion. Small field of 14 trucks to start the race and the first casualty of the contest was # 21 John Paiva with the nose tore off the front of his truck in the infield. The next collision was # 80 Cavallaro and # 82 Murphy taking each other out and both were sent to rear of the pack. Now the stage is set for a first time winner this year in the truck division. # 50 Michael Duarte was having his best start in a long time and #07Chris Lima was battling previous winner # 11 Nick Uhrig. A few restarts with Lima staying down low hugging the line proved to do the trick. The truck looked great in victory lane and I think you will see this young racer back here very soon with the confidence builder victory.   1 # 07 Chris Lima
