Richmond qualifying rained out; Harvick on pole: #4-Kevin Harvick will start from the pole for the Toyota Owners 400 Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway after qualifying was canceled due to persistent rain at the track. The field was set according to the rule book with Friday practice determining the lineup. #22-Logano will start second, followed by #48-Johnson, #19-Edwards, #11-Hamlin, #2-Keselowski, #41-Busch, #5-Kahne, #18-Busch, and #47-Allmendinger.
41 cars were entered, #98-Whitt was the only car to not qualify. He failed to qualify by being the slowest open team during Friday practice.
