RIP Former 6 time Mini Stock Champion, Danny Field

 Condolences go out to Tammy Field and family and friends of Mini Stock Champion #18 Danny Field, age 56 . The Deep River,Connecticut resident lost his fight with liver cancer.
 One of the Countries greatest mini stock drivers with six Championships. Waterford Speedbowl NASCAR weekly division champion in 2005, 2006 and 2009. Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park NASCAR weekly division champion 2008 and a 2011 record championship run of 11 wins out of the 15 race season and with 14 top fives. In 2012 Danny entered and became the champion of the North East Mini Stock Tour. He started out driving motorcycles and sustained a injury and then decided on full body racing. His racing battles with Ken Cassidy Jr. and Wayne Burroughs.at the Speedbowl
