Sauter wins Truck Series Race at Martinsville
#21-Johnny Sauter won the Texas Roadhouse 200 at Martinsville Speedway on Saturday after holding off challenges from pole-sitter #71-Chase Elliott. #8-John Hunter Nemechek opted for track position under the final pitstop of the day, taking two tires only. He led for a bit, before ending the race in third. #4-Christopher Bell, #17-Timothy Peters, #51-Daniel Suarez, #00-Cole Custer, #9-William Byron, #19-Daniel Hemric, and #20-Austin Hill were the remainder of the top-10.
There were 5 cautions for 33 laps and 6 lead changes among 5 leaders.
The average speed was 73.839mph.
