Kenseth wins at New Hampshire: #20-Matt Kenseth won the Sylvania 300 Sprint Cup Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for his 5th win of the season, 2nd win at New Hampshire and 36th career win. Kenseth led 27 of the 300 laps.
#11-Hamlin finished 2nd followed by #22-Logano, #16-Biffle. #19-Edwards, #48-Johnson, #24-Gordon, #78-Truex Jr., #4-Kahne and #31-Newman.
With his 5th win of 2015, Kenseth now has the most wins of any driver in 2015.
#4-Harvick led 216 laps and dominated the race until running out of fuel, finishing 21st, putting Harvick 21 points out of moving to the Contender round after Dover.
#18-Busch, who came in to the race 4th in Chase standings, had a tire go down and hit the wall on lap 159. The crew made repairs and Busch was able to make up a few spots and finish 37th. Busch is now 13th in the Chase standings, a point out of the top 12 and advancing.
There was one red flag on lap 204 for a little over 6 minutes when #10-Patrick made contact with #31-Newman, the #10 spun and hit the wall then got collected by #55-Ragan, knocking both out of the race and leaving foam on the track.
There were 16 lead changes among 7 drivers. There were 9 cautions for 41 yellow flag laps.
The average speed was 106.480mph.
