In conjunction with the NEMA event, the highly competitive VintageOutlaws ran their H M S Tire Conditioner & Equipment 40 lap
feature.
Tom Ronhock jumped out to the early lead with Jim Lowrey, Art
Hannaford, Gary Byington and Glen Billings in hot pursuit. By lap ten
Lowreys constant pressure on Ronhock paid off and Lowrey's slick pinto
modified pulled away leading the final thirty laps leaving Ronhock
and Billings fighting for the runner-up spot.
When the checkers waved Lowrey added another win to his credit.
Ronhock finished second outracing Billings who finished third.
Forth thru tenth were (23) Bill Boudreau, (71) Arthur Hannaford, (70)
Doug Sogolow, (7ct.) Gary Byington, (79) Scott Tucker, (13) Tony Palm,
(41) Ben LeVangie
feature.
