Loyal Seekonk Speedway Fans !
Seekonk Massachusetts:  Perfect weather and a all-star line-up adds up to a bargain for the die-hard race fan for only a $26.00 admission fee. The Pro-Stocks, Seekonk's top division have the week off with the touring Valenti Modified Tour in town for there only visit in 2015. The series has had a racing date at the facility for all 12 years of its racing history. In past years the Valenti Series awarded points for the top 5 in the heats and this season it has been dropped. You would never know it by the intensity shown by the Mod. drivers.
The car count was 25 modifies so they divided the field
# 99 Richard Savory Canton, Massachusetts

#43 Kirk Alexander West Swanzey, NH

#25 Rowan Pennink Huntington Valley, PA.

Anthony Nocella Woburn, Mass.
into three heats for the fans edge of your seat excitement and starting positions for the 100 lap feature.
In a conversation with Valenti officials is was revealed that the previous feature race #2 at Stafford Springs the second place finisher Keith Rocco would be dis-qualified points and his payout for a alleged Fuel Problem. The drivers would all be moved up one spot in the final standings for that race.
Heat 1: The first heat race was a barn burner with # 99 Richard Savory making two three wide passes to take the checkered flag. 2nd #92 Anthony Nocella, 3rd #43 Kirk Alexander, who found a nice groove about 3feet higher up the track than the other 8 drivers for the crafty former division champion.4th #05 Todd Patnode, 5th #90 Jeff Pearl,6th #53 Norm Wrenn, last years last lap winner, 7th #93 George Sherman, 8th #19 David Schneider, 9th #25 Rowan Pennink who was really struggling to find the handle at the Cement Palace.
Heat #2 #66 Dylan Kopec from Palmer,Massachusetts was spot-on today with the brand new race car from Brad Lafontaines North East Race Cars and Parts, Pascoag,R.I.
He took heat #2 like a walk in the park.2nd #45    Dan Merservey Jr. from Brewster,Mass.3rd #50 Carl Medieros Jr. looked very stout getting dialed in for the feature.4th #8 Kyle James Ashway, R.I. one of two race cars from Rhode Island.5th was local crowd pre-race favorite#12 Todd Annrummo  Swansea Mass. which is about 5 miles from the facility and has won a lot of races at Seekonk in his stellar racing career.6th # 15 Veteran Charlie Pasteryak hailing from Lisbon, Conn.7th #16 Colby Fournier Berkley, Mass.and 8th was #27 Kevin Iannerelli from Groton, Mass.

Heat #3 My pick for the up and coming drivers award #38 Mike Willis Jr. Grantham,NH.smoked the competition over 5ct Chris Pasteryak from Lisbon,Conn.3rd to Todd Szegedy Ridgefield, Conn. who tried different lines on the track and is a great student of short track racing throughout New England.#4th to one of the hottest shoes on the eastern seaboard #42 Woody Pitkat who is blooming with his later career acheivements and a newly wed too. Yes in the short off season Woody got hitched with the first female driver to win a NEMA Midget event. Give Up ? Bobby Santos sister Erica Santos who set the record at Stafford Speedway. A lot of the acclaimed racing reporters in attendance had Woody to take the checkers tonight. 5th #04 Local young shoe Brandon Dion from Taunton , Mass. who earned his rookie stripes at Seekonk and is now a regular in the toughest division in the Country, the weekly Friday  SK division at Stafford Speedway Conn. Scott, Maureen (Moe) and Brandon should be very proud of there small funded race team moving up a division each year in Brandon's learning curve. Fast Friday at Seekonk at a young age. Saturdays in the Sports Trucks against his Dad. Sk Lights at Stafford and a Win and now full SK. I have had the pleasure of having Brandon on our "Race Chatter" radio show 5 or 6 times to give a up-date on his career to his growing fan base throughout the Country, Worldwide Livestream.
#6th #77 Matthew Mead hailing from Richmond, NH. and in the 7th spot #17 Donnie Lashua from Canaan, NH. The final position went to #96 Dennis Perry from Pawcatuck,R.I.
