Josh Galvin wins MRNETS event at New London Waterford Speedbowl, Conn.

Galvin wins MRNETS event at Waterford

  Josh Galvin won Saturday night's Mr. Rooter New England Truck Series event in his first start in the series.  Frank Dumicich Jr was second, followed by his father Frank Sr, and sister Erin Solomito.  Josh Stringer finished 5th.  Series point leaders Roger Turbush and Bert Ouellette both suffered mechanical problems that dropped them to the back of the finishing order, allowing Dumicich Jr. to gain ground on both.

    Galvin became the first Mr. Rooter driver to take a win this season.  Ted Christopher and Ed Puleo both made starts for the Mr. Rooter Racing team in 2015 but did not find victory lane in the series bearing their name.
